For me, yoga has always been like the art I create: a boundless expression of passion, grace, imagination and strength. My teaching style emphasizes the physical, intellectual and emotional benefits of yoga and meditation both in personal practice and integrated into our daily lives.

I have been an avid practitioner of yoga for over twenty years. I study many disciplines of yoga as well as a deep personal practice of meditation.
